Flavours

Our high-quality, natural dairy flavour ingredients are produced from farm fresh milk sourced from New Zealand pasture-fed dairy cows.

We collaborate closely with customers to produce tailored, dairy flavours to suit new and existing product development requirements.

Our flavours are a cost effective replacement for mature cheese and butter; round out sweetness in icing, fillings & sweetened beverages and help mask bitterness in sports and health and wellness products. They also increase the dairy fat flavour profile of products containing vegetable fats and improve mouthfeel of low fat products.
