Ingredients

2 scoops ice cream

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 cup lemonade

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

Straws

Pineapple and mango wedges on skewers

Umbrellas

Method

  1. Place ice cream in glasses
  2. Add pineapple juice
  3. Top up with lemonade
  4. Swirl on the Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream
  5. Garnish with a pineapple and mango wedge cocktail stick
  6. Decorate with a straw and umbrella
