Tatua’s high-quality dairy flavours are made with New Zealand milk, sourced from our pasture-fed dairy cows
We have a range of cream, milk, butter and cheese flavours which can be used to improve flavour, texture and mouthfeel in food and beverage applications.
Our flavours can also be used to help with cost reduction, particularly in cheese, bakery and beverage applications, where vegetable oils have been used to replace dairy fats.
Available in both powder and paste formats, our flavours are suitable for wet and dry manufacturing processes.
