Flavour Solutions

Our high-quality, natural dairy flavour ingredients are produced from farm fresh milk sourced from New Zealand pasture-fed dairy cows.

We collaborate closely with customers to produce tailored, dairy flavour solutions to suit new and existing product development requirements.

Our flavours are a cost-effective replacement for mature cheese and butter; round out sweetness in icing, fillings & sweetened beverages and help mask off-notes in sports and health and wellness products. They also increase the dairy fat flavour profile of products containing vegetable fats and improve the mouthfeel of low-fat products.

Applications

Processed cheese, bakery products, sauces, dairy beverages, ice cream, confectionery, fats and oils, and fat filled milk powder.

Spray dried powder – 20kg bag
UHT pastes – 2x10kg, 2x5kg, 1x20kg.
