Chocolate And Salted Caramel Sensation
Ingredients
100ml Salted caramel sauce
Tatua Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate brownie
Chocolate drops or brownie crumbs for garnish
Method
- Break brownie into small pieces and place over the bottom of a single serve dessert dish
- Drizzle half the salted caramel sauce over the brownie layer
- Squirt a generous layer of Tatua Chocolate Mousse on top of the sauce
- Repeat first 3 steps with the remaining brownie, salted caramel sauce and mousse
- Garnish with brownie crumbs or chocolate drops and serve
- Eat immediately, serves 2.
