4 scoops of orange chocolate chip ice cream

Tatua Chocolate Mousse

2 mandarins, segmented or 1 orange, diced

1/4 cup chocolate sauce

Method

Chop or crush biscuits.
Sprinkle into sundae dishes.
Top with two scoops orange chocolate chip ice cream.
Pipe with swirls of Tatua Chocolate Mousse.
Arrange with mandarin segments.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Sprinkle with chocolate hail.
